During the coaching process, we will work together to help you clarify your purpose and goals as well as develop a plan to support your purpose so that you can experience greater fulfillment and joy in your life. Through the use of active listening, powerful questioning, tools, and feedback a life coach can assist you in refining your goals, and formulating a plan to break goals into smaller, more manageable objectives. Together we will also develop strategies to overcome obstacles assisting you in powerfully and consistently taking steps towards your dream life. With a coach, you will have not only a collaborator in goal setting but also an accountability partner to support you in staying on course to achieving your goals and being a cheerleader for all your wins; both small and large.

What Can a Life Coach Help With?

Coaching can help you with nearly any goal you wish to achieve to support you in living your best life. A coach can help you develop consistent daily habits that will lay a framework for achieving whatever successes you wish to attain. Working with your own personal coach can help you see all you’ve accomplished in life, as well as what is possible, by identifying your strengths and unique gifts and then guiding you to find your special purpose in life by playing to those gifts.

How Does it Work?

It starts with a complimentary coaching consultation to discuss your needs and get to know each other.

You’ll fill out a short questionnaire either before or during our first session to get you started on a path of introspection.

During preliminary sessions, we’ll expand on your answers with powerful questions to help you gain insight and self-awareness.

New awareness is helpful but if you are seeking change it's best to take action based on your new insights. We’ll work together to help you identify goals to take effective action.

Throughout the coaching process, we continue to evaluate your goals and assist you in breaking your goals into smaller more manageable pieces.

We’ll also look for potential roadblocks that may interfere with achieving goals and formulate a plan to work around them.

We’ll set up a package that works for you and the level of support you need whether that means daily accountability texts, calls each week, or a monthly check-in call with email support. I’m here for you and together we’ll find the right fit for your needs to create your best life!
